The American embassy in Tunis announced the opening of registration for the DV-Lottery for permanent resident visas 2018 often known as the "Green Card" from 04 October to 7 November 2016. The participation is free and each candidate must file a form on the website: http://www.dvlottery.state.gov.
The annual DV Program makes Immigrant visas available to persons meeting simple, but strict, eligibility requirements:
1/ Receipt of a high school diploma (or evidence that you have completed a 12-year course of elementary and secondary education), or
2/ A minimum of two years’ experience within the past five years in a job that requires at least two years of training.
Applicants who did not complete high school must instead prove that they have work experience in a qualifying occupation.
